3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or wrong product:

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Share clear photos or an unboxing video

Include your Order ID and registered email
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
4. Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected:

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

COD refunds will be processed via bank transfer (bank details required)
Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Return Shipping

6. Order Cancellations
