Refund policy

At Trendorra, we aim to provide quality products and a smooth shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The request is made within 7 days of delivery

  • The product is unused and in original condition

  • The product is returned in original packaging

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

Products that are used, damaged due to misuse, or missing original packaging may not be eligible for return.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personal care or hygiene products

  • Items purchased on final sale

  • Products damaged due to improper use

  • Items without proof of purchase


3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong product:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photos or an unboxing video

  • Include your Order ID and registered email

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund.


4. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • COD refunds will be processed via bank transfer (bank details required)

Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


5. Return Shipping

  • For damaged or incorrect items, return shipping will be arranged by us.

  • For other approved returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs.


6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.

  • Once shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

  • Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in account restrictions.
